My wife and I have been to many of the fine restaurants in the area. But, in my view, you have created, far and away, the best place in South Florida.
 
Your food and service and ambience are at a different level than anywhere else. The Tavernetta salad and shrimp and scallops in cream sauce over linguini, is -- excuse the expression, but they're the only words I can think of -- nearly-orgasmic.
 
Thanks for all your hard work and uncompromising commitment to culinary excellence. And thanks also for the photo. I'm the one with the extra-large smile, post-scallops-and-shrimp.

Dear Ute,
I had a great dinner last night with my two colleagues.  I grew up in
an Italian home, and I am picky about Italian food, as are my two friends,
one of whom is a very fine cook himself.  You serve excellent food,
beautifully presented, and run a lovely restaurant.  Your mother-in-law taught you well, but quite obviously you have a lot of talent yourself.  All three of us enjoyed ourselves immensely (my third colleague, who brought us there, has been eating at your establishment for some time).
